Nike CEO Mark Parker has a fondness for contemporary art. His office is filled with all sorts of pieces plus a truckload of Nike memorabilia. Creepy Keith Richards paintings to Back to Future II kicks, an amazing collection that one could spend hours looking over. I’ll let the pics do the talking. More after the jump…
thanks vivi

Jaw dropping, meticulously detailed restorations of pre ’94 Porsche 911s is what Singer Designs does best. All the panels are replaced with tweaked carbon fiber versions from their own custom moulds. Interior, trimmings, accessories, and internals are all re-imagined as well. Amazing work! Check out the attention to detail after the jump…

The great Frank Gehry just unveiled his new design for the Chau Chak wing building as part of Sydney’s University of Technology. Classic Gehry organic architecture that looks like the building melting into itself. The idea stems from a tree house structure with “a trunk core of activity with branches for people to connect and do their private work.” One side has the organic look with the other modern angle sheets of glass. Wish the construction partners luck in figuring out how to build this…lol. More pics after the jump…

After much teasing and anticipation BMW has finally released pics/specs on their new BMW 1 series M Coupe. Unfortunately the last few decades the M Division seems to have been transitioning from standing for “Motorsport” to “Marketing” thus bringing out bloated products completely against their heritage. This new M Coupe is a throwback to the original e30 M3 which was and always will be a pure drivers car. At EP we have one of these rare classics in the garage and can vouch for it being the ultimate expression of BMW M (Some pics of our beast after the jump). Engineers set out to recreate the old magic and have not compromised this time around. Special design elements to get your heart racing with the driving dynamics to match, this thing is going to be an instant classic. Production will run around 2500 units with three color choices, Black, White, & Orange. We’re definitely running over to the dealer to get our name down for one. More pics after the jump…

Audi premiered their new Quattro concept car a few weeks back in homage to the original Quattro of the 80′s. Design details we love: embossed audi rings on the quarter panel; machined aluminum steering wheel base; carbon fibre accents on the wing mirrors, rear lights, door panels; air vents in along the bonnet; the slight curves at the end of the wheel spokes. Usually concepts are so far from being production ready but this one seems ready to go. Come on Audi, build it! More pics after the jump…
