The Karlusic residence in Melbourne, Australia is designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates. Great mix of warm woodsy and cold stone materials that ties nicely with the well thought out furnishings. Especially love the lighting piece in the stairwell, the light refractions are amazing. More after the jump…

Mazzo Restaurant is located in Amsterdam Netherlands. The main detail of the restaurant is the huge lighted wall logo which replaces any outdoor signage. Spider chandeliers, large b&w prints, and a mix of pine and brick add up to create a hip environment. The space is long and narrow but nicely sectioned. More pics after the jump…

Dutch designer Rolf founder of Studio Rolf.fr in Rotterdam, Netherlands renovated this old building “Black Pearl” into a place to live and work. Love the window cut out of the original window and interior design details. The old wood dining table wrapped in orange leather is just sick! More pics after the jump…

MC1 Residence is located in Costa Rica near the Manuel Antonia National Park by architect Juan Robles. The home was built without cutting a single tree so minimize environmental impact. The Details throughout the home are so well thought out. Panoramic windows bringing the nature in, floating staircases, outdoor pool that runs into the living area, exposed wood beam ceilings, wood slatted skylights, even the decor is so well picked for the space. More pics after the jump…

D’espresso Cafe in NYC is inspired by your local boutique library but with a twist. The design idea takes a modern library room with wood floors, book stacks, and big bubble lights, then flips it 90 degrees. The books are now on the floor, ceiling, and back wall; the floor on the side wall; and the ceiling lights behind the counter. Inspiring stuff from Nema Workshop! More pics after the jump…

X2 Resort Kui Buri is a beachfront property on the gulf of Thailand. The individual units are encased in a stunning cobblestone wall. The wall is also a main feature of the interiors which compliments the light pine wood details brilliantly. The buildings are staggered which create your own private beachfront oasis.
