Finally got around to watching Banksy’s debut film/documentary, ‘Exit Through the Gift Shop,’ this past weekend featuring Mr Brainwash aka Thierry Guetta. Mr Brainwash is an over the top insane person turned street artist. From the streets of Paris comes this eccentric little man with a desire to film about nothing leading him on a path to art. In the end he pulls off this miraculous exhibition in LA entitled ‘Life is Beautiful’ showcasing an enormous amount of pop/street art. Word on the street is that Mr Brainwash is Bankys’s Borat and the art is really Banksy’s. Regardless the work is dope. He still has an exhibition running in NYC in the East Village called ‘ICONS’ More after the jump…
