Serious curves throughout this modern home in Mallorca, Spain designed by tec Architects. The villa looks like it landed from outer space. The interior is a bit too sterile for our tastes but the curvaceous lines are amazing. More pics after the jump…

    […] Faro architects built this contemporary modern residence in the Netherlands. The exterior surfacing is made of charred larch according to an old Japanese tradition. This charred surface makes it unnecessary to treat or paint the wood. There is a little too  much use of pine throughout the interior but the design details are exquisite, particullary the large tree trunk that seems to hold up the second floor and the multiple thin slat windows.
